FOR A GREAT WEEKEND....

.....9 ways to be happier this minute



  1. Remember a compliment you’ve gotten and let yourself believe it.

  2. Eat two squares of a Milka (or what ever kind of chocolate). It’s a scientific fact that chocolate can boost your mood.

  3. Think of three things you’d teach a pet parrot to say.

  4. Silently forgive someone.

  5. Cut the size tags out of all your clothes.

  6. Write down one thing you feel guilty about. Then shred the paper and chuck it- for good.

  7. Admire your nails, nose, knees … any and all of the 2000 parts that you think are absolutely perfect.

  8. Do 30 jumping jacks. If the exercise doesn’t rev up your spirits, stopping will.

  9. Transfer money to your savings account, and mentally note how much closer that gets you to the Jamaica vacation, the high- end MP3 player, the new home- whatever your goal.
